November 19, 2024 will be held III National Reading Symposium Shaping a reading culture. This symposium is organized by the Opole Education Center, the Pedagogical Provincial Library in Opole, and the Institute of Pedagogical Sciences of the University of Opole. It is addressed to teachers, teacher-librarians, students, educators, psychologists, and all interested parties.
The event will be held in person and online.
One of the speakers at the symposium will be Maria Deskur, president of the Universal Reading Foundation, who will give a lecture on the role of books in the teaching system: "Reading as a condition for education". We recommend taking part.
