Prescription book is a project of the Universal Reading Foundation that includes supporting the reading habit among children in medical prevention. Its aim is to recommend daily reading to children, their parents and guardians by medical personnel.
This is to support the health and proper emotional and intellectual development of the youngest. Daily reading aloud to children and talking with them is an inalienable foundation for their emotional stability, social competence and intellectual development.
Introducing such a habit from birth yields tangible results! We want the level of mental health of Polish people to be better in 10 years' time, business and science to develop faster and our elites to be more visible!
We invite you to a conference devoted to the impact of reading on children's health and development, which will allow you to gain theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of recommending and promoting reading among patients and their caregivers.
Deadline: Friday, April 11
Place: National Library
One of the speakers at the event will be Paul Wise, professor of pediatrics in the Department of Neonatology and Developmental Medicine and Health Policy at Stanford University, whose work combines issues of equal access to health care with health policy and international security.

Paul Wise's work connects health equity, health policy, and international security. He is the Richard E. Behrman Professor of Child Health and Society and Professor of Pediatrics in the Department of Neonatology and Developmental Medicine and Health Policy at Stanford University. He is co-director of the Stanford Center for Prematurity Research and a senior fellow in the Center on Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law and the Center for International Security and Cooperation at the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies at Stanford University.
